Allan Fisker, 69 is no average philanthropist. For the past sixteen years, Fisker has spent the vast majority of his time traveling from container (dumpster) to container, collecting usable clothes, shoes, toys, and food, which he then sorts for donation. Fisker has access to three basements in his large governmentally-subsidized apartment complex, which he fills and uses as storing facilities. He regularly donates his found items to local charities, and also is the lead supporter of a children's home in Latvia. He sends a shipping container, filled with banana boxes (donated from the local bazaar) each year. This supplies the children with clothes, shoes, and toys and without his support, the children's home would not be in operation today.
